Hello,
I currently have an RDSH server setup with a few application pool. I noticed that when the users click on "save as" in the application it either bring ups the applications own save dialog box or the windows explorer dialog box. I'd like some ideas on how others are handling this as we don't want users to save or even browse the folders on the RDSH server, it would actually be nice if they could be redirected to a folder that contains a file that has instructions on how to save their work, like google drive , or their USB drives etc. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thank You
We lock down access to specific drives and only allow users to save to their network share IE Home drive. This article has some good information for doing that -

Thanks, I'll have a look. Will this also behave the same way if I remote in as Admin to install software? Is there a way to just apply it to certain AD groups?. Also, will this work for all programs or just programs that use the Windows Dialog? I Came across this a few days back but some programs that have their own save dialog boxes don't seem to be affected by these changes
