RDS server size

Dear Community!

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. In our current setup we have a horizon view connection server and another server which is our RDS server. We will mainly use this setup for application virtualization.

Right now, we are just testing it - but we see now that we will need a "bigger" RDS server. Is there a way to find out what hardware we will need for that?

The applications we installed are not so resource demanding but in the future there will be a lot of users who will use the same apps. And I think even a small program like for example a notepad (which doesn't use so much resources) - if we start it like 200 times on the same pc - it will use a lot of power. And there is a chance that in the future we will virtualize bigger programs too.

So in total we want to prepare for future usage. Can someone tell me how can we calculate the size for out RDS server? Or we should think about not just one big server but more smaller ones? Or is there a way to not just rely on the RDS servers hardware?

And another question too: I searched it - but it's still not so clear that how does the licensing works for Horizon? We have a Horizon enterprise 10 pack concurrent user license. Right now there are like 6 or 7 users who can access the Horizon in different times or at the same time and they can access it with html access or on the view client. If we finish the testing phase and start giving other users their entitlements and showing them how to access it - before that we should buy more licenses? Like if we will have 100 users logging in at the same time and use their apps, than we need to buy 10*10 concurrent user package? Or how does this works?

Thank you in advance for the answer and sorry if my English is bad (it's not my native language)
