Question about message : "User ${UserDisplayName} has disconnected from machine ${MachineName}"

I just wanted to clarify what this message means exactly:

User ${UserDisplayName} has disconnected from machine ${MachineName}

Does this apply for both:

1.) User willingly disconnected from their session?

2.) Users connection was slow and the sessions disconnected on its own ?

We have several users using Zero clients, which are barely tolerant to network slowness. They are using these from home (off of our network).

I have users that are complaining of disconnects and those that arent, yet I see the above message in View Admin for both instances.

Can someone clarify the above case for me?

Thank you

Maybe a use initiated disconnect is followed by some other event.    Other than I'm not sure of a way.

If i'm not mistaken that is an agent event so it would apply to both.

So there is no real way for me to tell why or how the session disconnected, correct?
