Published Outlook - Stuck on "Loading profile"

Hi,

I have this issue with any recent versions of outlook that are published: Outlook's starts and is then stuck on "Loading Profile"

The RDSH host is a Windows 2019 server, hybrid joined to allow SSO  with M365.

If I use the same pool  and create an RDS Desktop from it, outlooks starts w/o issues from it. 

Subsequent launches as published app are also fine. This is very puzzling...

And I used DEM to launch this one-liner at startup:

If (-not (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin)) { Add-AppxPackage -Register "$env:windir\SystemApps\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -ForceApplicationShutdown } Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin

that solved my issue: No prt/sso was performed when outlook was launched as published app.
