Problem with VMWare View Linked Clones

Hi,

I have a Problem with Linked Clones:

I have two ESXi Servers 5.0 and I am running about 50 Linked Clones distributet on that Cluster - all running Windows 7 as guest OS. Sometimes Users loose their Connection for about 2 minutes. If I look at the VCenter console, the machine seems to be frozen (black screen). This doesn't occur to all linked clones. It happens on both of the ESXi Servers. All clients are on the same Storage with is an EMC² VNX System. The Storage is connected via iSCSI.

After around 2 minutes, the users are able to reconnect. All applications that were running before the freeze are available and there is no data loss.

Has anybody an idea why this happens?

When connecting with PCoIP, the default policy is to black out the console of the vm. Enable the GPO called "Enable access to a PCoIP session from a vSphere console" to check if the vm really freezes or if there is a client side problem. If this problem is repeated only on specific users, I would start diagnosing problems on the client or client side network.
