Printing with PCOIP

I am new to this community and think it will help me.

We are using view manager 4.0 and facing some problems..

1. when we use the PCOIP for connecting to the view desktop ,lnstalled local printer driver in thin client is not mapping to the view desktop but it is mapping when we are using RDP.

2. User profile managemenmt -

what is the best practice if we are using roaming profile for users.

3. Could we send the message to the users through the view manager .In citrix it is very easy to give the message to the users any time.

I am looking for the solutions for above specified questions.

1. If you are not using version 4.1 printing redirection is not working with PCoIP

2. I guess you can map the profile in active directory so you don't need to take care in vmware view

3. there will be sent a message when you execute a recompose, but manually sent a message I am not aware of
