Printing Word Docs When Connected From Windows 10 Horizon 7 Client

Hello,

We just started a deployment of Horizon 7. When printing from the Mac client we do not have any problems. When printing from the Windows 10 client however, Word docs are printed as symbols instead of the actual content of the document. Does anyone have any insight? Would certainly appreciate it!

I have not seen that in any Win10 deployments yet. have you made sure you have installed the correct printer drivers on windows?

Is this local or network printing?

Do you use a printing solution, like ThinPrint?
