Printer Redirection Client not running

I have a client that when they use the Horizon Client, cannot print, as no printers show up. When I look in Task Manager, and expand Horizon process, the Printer Redirection Client is not running. But only this client. Is there a registry or other setting I can check? Could it be the firewall or AV on their end?

By "But only this client", were you referring to one specific customer or one particular Horizon client machine? Do other Horizon client work?

3. printing solution used: Virtual Print(aka ThinPrint) or VMware Integrated Printing(VIP)

It looks like it was possibly their AV.
