After upgrading to View 6.2.2 desktops pools with Remote machine power policy set to "power off" or "suspend" stay in "available" after logoff. After user logs off, the desktop stays in "available" even when the policy is set to power off.
Look in vCenter and see if the machines are in fact powered off. If they are it is not an issue. They are available such that if a user logged in to the pool and there wasn't a powered on VM available one of the powered off machines would boot up and be allocated to the user so in that way that status is correct.
