Power On virtual machine:Failed to lock the file

Error Stack
An error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM
Failed to start the virtual machine.
Module Disk power on failed.
Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/5c8dfd9f-3a2f5cc2-fc6d-0025b5b11a19________1.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Failed to lock the file
I have tried the vmfsfilelockinfo -p /vmfs/volumes/iscsi-lefthand-2/VM1/VM1_1-000001-delta.vmdk , but it showing the vmdk is Free.
I have tried to find the lock owner by Vmkfstools command, but when I tried to migrate the VM to the mentioned host, still have the issue of powering ON.
Please help, its urgent..
