I have a client that isn't able to connect to the Horizon pool on his mac. When on PC, it goes through. VMWare Blast/PCoIP both don't work. It must be a port issue, but I can't seem to find anything specific for mac's. Am I wrong?
Does it not work for both HTML and thick client?
Does it work w/ RDP? Does it work via the HTML5 client on your Mac?
Blast should only need 443 and 8443.
PCoIP should just need 4172.
Does your client have any managed firewall that could be blocking those ports?
And if BSG is disabled, 22443 should be allowed.
