Pool control for desktop vdesktops_adminpc reports machine assigned to userXY is unavailable

Hi

til we have the version (View4.5) I have to support the View Version 3.1x. Some users can't do a login. The error is:

Pool control for desktop "Poolname" reports machine assigned to "Domain\user" is unavailable.

Some users can work fine with View and same not.

What I did...

- In VC 3.5 I can login in the Windows Console

- From the Lan I can Ping to this not working View PC

- In View Manager I can see in Event:

Pool control for desktop Poolname reports machine assigned to Domain\userxy is unavailable

- From the Lan I can do a RDP Session to this virtuall PC with no problem

- On the SecureServer placed in the DMZ, Event Viewer under Application I see:

(Request430) User XY connected to the Secure Gateway Server - session ID: 53F5DC717007E7C269BFE39568891FB8

What else can I do?

Well this issue can happen due to several reason. 

• Check if the view agent and VMware Tools installation order are correct.
• Make sure the power policy set on the Master image / Agent VM should be set to High Performance and display should be set to never sleep.
• Also check if the userint string value is correct. Refer to https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1028975
