Pixelation/Black Screen when interrupting lock screen (Windows 10)

We're in the user testing phase of our Windows 10 rollout (upgrading from Windows 7 desktops) and a few users have noticed an oddity that is completely reproducible.  In their VDI sessions if they interrupt the screensaver/lock screen process as soon as their screen goes dark (but before it's been long enough for the desktop to require a password for unlock) their screen gets completely pixelated (or stays mostly dark) only updating parts of the screen with movement.

You can work around this issue through a CTRL+ALT+DEL and then pressing ESC or using Win+D or Win+R to get most of your screen back.  This looks like an issue between the desktop drawing/video driver and/or an interaction with PCoIP/Blast not handling a call correctly.  I cannot reproduce this on our Windows 7 desktops (same hosts, same GRID cards, same NVIDIA vib).  I'll grab a photo of the screen (screenshot does not capture it) and attach later.

Has anyone seen this?

After upgrading, were the NVIDIA drivers update on the Windows 10 Machines? Also, is the vib the latest on the ESXi hosts. More information that may help here: https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2016/11/29/vgpu-profile-for-windows-10/

We are using our VMs in sVGA mode and the hosts Host Graphics Settings are set to 'Default graphics type' = Shared and 'Shared passthrough GPU assignment policy' = Spread VMs across GPUs (best performance)

Host with dual K1 cards driver (VIB) 367.106

Host with single Tesla M10 card driver (VIB) 384.73

*The issue occurs no matter which host the VM is on

The VMs are Windows 10 with the VMware SVGA 3D driver version 8.15.1.50.  Hardware level version 13 with tools version:10279.

Attached is a picture of the issue in action.

Still experiencing this issue, anyone else?  We're a couple weeks from full deployment and I'd love to have this solved by then.  Guess I'll start a ticket in parallel.

We experience the same thing but on Win 7 desktops. Using Nvidia Tesla M10 in vsga mode, using the latest Nvidia vib and latest Horizon 7.3.1/vsphere 6.5 etc... Have tried configuring different vram etc but nothing short of disabling 3d have worked so far

This is a brand new environment that we are trying to roll out but this is a showstopper.
