Upgrading the VMware Horizon Agent from 7.13 to 2103 on a physical PC is causing the session to appear on the local monitor even though the screen blanking policy is enabled. I've confirmed that the setting is applied correctly in the registry on the affected machines. This is happening for both VMware Blast and PCoIP protocols. The PCs I've tested so far are running Windows 10 LTSC 2019.
Is there another option for this somewhere? Possibly a global setting we accidentally turned on when upgrading the server to 2103?
