Persona service intermittently starting up disabled

We've been using View 5.3 for several years and it has been working quite well for us.  We have a linked-clone with persona configuration. The past several days we've had instances where quite a few of the desktops are starting up in the morning with the persona service disabled.  Generally we just reset their desktop and have them log back on.  These past few days we've had to reset desktops multiple times to get the persona service to start up normally and personas to get sync'd. We don't believe there have been any changes in our View environment.  Has anyone else run into this and know what might be causing it?

The best way to determine the issue with service is through event logs. Have you checked if any errors logged in the event logs of the desktop when the service is disabled?

Also, you can provide us the persona logs from location:  C:\ProgramData\VMware\VDM\logs\VMWVvp.txt with date and time stamp of the issue happened.
