I have a problem that PM doesn't save a default web browser. When a user logs off the station and starts the new one, he has to manage the default browser again. Is the problem related with GPO or other client configuration?
Horizon view is 7.1.0 build-5170113
Agent is 7.2.0

We had this fixed using the default default associations configuration file in our windows 10.
Open your Group Policy editor and go to the Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\File Explorer\Set a default associations configuration file setting
Create the default association.xml and point it to the path.

We also had this problem when we deployed Server2016 VDIs.
One solution was to setup the default associations, but this would not allow the user to choose his own preferred browser.
After multiple searches on Google, trial & error and finally a extensive walkthrough of all the possible GPO settings, I stumbled upon the following GPO setting that solved the problem for us:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\File Explorer\Do Not reinitialize a pre-existing roamed userprofile when it is loaded on a machine for the first time.
After enabling this setting, the default browser preference of the users was remembered correctly.
