Persona Management not Backing up at Logoff

Hi Guys,

Setup with VIEW 5.0 with windows 7 Machines. We have an Automatic, Dedicated Finance user pool with Linked Clones that is set to Refresh at logoff. We setup Persona Management to manually backup at 50 minutes. The users data will backup if they hit the 50 minute mark, but if they log off, it doesnt back up. On all of our other pools that do Delete and Refresh, the users don't have this issue. Any thoughts?

Will that pool start working correctly if you remove the setting for the 50 minute manual backups?

I haven't tested, but thats the very first setting you set on PM, the interval. Should i try 0 minutes?
