Persona Management for Windows 8.1?

Anyone know when this offical release is coming? Any beta release out?

This is probably the most demanding cons for those that are planning to upgrade to Win 8.1. We need user file management in 2014!

Did you look into any third party products like - Iquidware's profile unity or RES Software | Enterprise IT Services Made Easy 

I don't know if this helps you but thought to let you know about your options.
