I was wondering if it is possible to exclude folders in ViewPM.ADM using wildcards.
Something like
AppData\Roaming\Thinstall\*\%Local AppData%
AppData\Roaming\Thinstall\*\%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows
etc.
I tested it in my environment but the wildcard does not seem to work. If I replace the wildcard with the name of the thinapp exclusion works fine.
Background:
We have quite a few thinapps which are generating cache,temp,etc. files and folders and due to path limitations (269characters) persona management fails to sync in some cases.
Of course we can add all thinapp\%Local AppData% to the exclusion list but a wildcard is just smarter. Just think of 50+ thinapps and more to come...
Has anybody come across this?
