I have just created my first persona enabled pool. It worked fine for a few days but then all of a sudden it got very very slow 
. The initial log in isn't the problem, but once logged in it takes forever for the desktop icons to load. Also before the icons have loaded it's not possible to browse through windows explorer. I have double checked the GPO and pool settings, everything seems to be fine. What I've noticed is that suddenly the horizonthinappclient.exe process is running, which wasn't the case initially. But even if killing the process... it stays slooow.
Even after the desktop icons eventually load, browsing windows explorer is slooooow. When I click on computer, it takes up to two minutes to load, and then again when opening C:\ etc..
Persona Management is becoming very frustrating. I've followed VMware best practices. I've double checked all settings...I'm out of ideas.
Any ideas? Has anyone had similar issues with persona management and how did you resolve it?
