Persistent Win 10 VM locks up and loses network after update to 1909, Horizon 7.12

I have updated the environment to 7.12 from 7.7 enterprise.  Have uninstalled both tools and the horizon agent.  Right now even with only tools loaded the machine locks up and loses network connectivity after about 1 hr or less.  Linked clones are fine.

Vcenter 6.7

Host is 6.5

Upgrade your host and vcenter both at 6.7U3 and make sure you are running VMware tools 10.3.5 or higher on 1909 image.
