Can anyone help me about pesistent disk?
I wana know what is the best practices for it for a big company with alot of users?
for example which RAID is Better for it?

In my experiences the persistent disk has always been Tier 3 storage with the clones and replica disk commending Tier 1 and Tier 2 storages. I would think Raid 5 would suffice as it's not a very demanding workload.
I would also think about using persona management with folder redirection to a NAS.
