PCoIP process on linked clone in horizon 7.7

I have a 4 node cluster with esxi 6.7 update 1 and horizon 7.7

When i try to connect to a vm (Windows 7 Pro linked clones with 4vCPU) both with horizon client and DELL zero client P25 the pcoip_server process take almost an entire CPU in fact:

- The windows task manager show the process is taking 20-25%

- The esxtop on the host show the CPU % usage of this vm about at 90%

Anyone else that have found the same problem and indicates to me how to solve that?

Thank you

How many monitors are you using, do you have gpus installed in the hosts, and how long is it at 100%. FYI cpu usuage in esxtop at 90% is about 25% for a 4 core vm, which maxks sense.

I ame using 1 or 2 monitors, I have only machine with vGPUs, Tesla M60 with nvidia 7.1 driver release and 1q grapghic profile (1GB)

Yes I know that it makes sense but it has no sense that this process take all those resources because for every user connected with horizon i have a lot of cpu and so a lot of slowness into the entire environment

Thank you
