PCoIP over SSL solutions

We have roaming users that connect from different remote locations to our Security Servers. Some remote locations using a firewall that blocks the PCoIP (4172) protocol. The firewall on the remote locations does have port 443 open. Has somebody experience and possible solutions with PCoIP over port 443?

PCoIP protocol is mainly a UDP protocol and SSL is a TCP protocol. Running PCoIP over a TCP based protocol is not a good solution.

If TCP 443 is the only option, then for View clients that support RDP, this can be used in tunneled mode where the RDP connection is encapsulated within the 443 SSL connection. This is fully supported by View and can be used if PCoIP is really blocked.

The better option, where possible,  is to get port 4172 (TCP and UDP) opened.

If 443 is not open then you cannot use SSL ask the client to choose the option to ignore SSl it will go via Port 80
