PCoIP Black Screen followed by timeout (was working prior totoday)

We have been running security server to allow PCoIP remote access since we switched to View 4.6.  Until today it had been working great, now we get a black screen then it timesout.  If I run a vpn and bypass the security server PcoIP works, if I connect view RDP using the address for the security server I can get in.  What could have changed that is causing this for all users trying to connect via PCoIP through the security server?

The right ports are open on the firewall,  the video driver has not changed, we did have to reboot all of our ESX hosts today, but the appropriate services seem to be up on our connection server and our security server.

Any ideas you might have would be appreciated

Sure that firewall rules are not changed?

And external IP is still the same? Double check in View Admin configuration.

A PCoIP black screen happens when the PCoIP protocol is blocked.

If nothing had changed, it would still be working 🙂 Double check the three setup steps again - http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-14974 - and make sure your network is setup correctly and you should get it working again.

Let us know what it was. Thanks.

Mark.
