We (USCU) have a random but wide spread issue for users when they login to a Horizon desktop and attempt to launch Outlook. Sometimes they will receive the message "Primary account not found." Signing out of VDI and back in SOMETIMES helps resolve the issue but that is not a good solution. We are looking for a root cause and solution to the problem.
I am in the process of capturing screen shots of the error from the user(s).
Has anyone experienced this issue when on a Horizon desktop and attempting to open Outlook?
