Orphaned Linked clone pools after vCenter crash and replacement

Our physical vcenter server crashed over the weekend and I ended up building a new one on a VM. I've got mostly full clone desktop pools, but do have a couple of small linked clone pools. I have no problem losing these VM's. I'm unable to remove these now that the original vcenter server is out of commission, as I receive "cannot connect to the vcenter server" message when I try to delete these pools. Can anyone advise on a manual process to remove these pools from View?

You'll have to use sviconfig cmd to remove the orphaned linked clones. Refer to the following link - VMware KB: Manually deleting Replica virtual machines in Horizon View

I think that one goes over just the replica machines.   You can also use this one to get rid of the stale VM's (clones) linked to the replicas, http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2015112
