One of my View Security Server is showing as "unknown" in View Administrator Dashboard

Hi,

One of my View Security Server (Horizon View 5.2) is showing as UNKNOWN in View Administrator Dashboard.

I tried with restarting the reported server, restarted services, still no luck.

The reported server is reachable via RDP and View Services are running.

Can someone help me on this?

This problem was solved by disabling Windows NLB from NIC settings.

We used Windows NLB long back for View Security Servers, recently we removed View Security Servers from Windows NLB and placed in F5 Load Balancing.

Not sure for some reason the Windows NLB service came active, disabled that and problem fixed.
