One VM indicate "Waiting for agent communication" state

Hi, all.

I have problem with VM agent state.

Yesterday, I changed VM in Auto Pool to Manual Pool.

After that, "Waiting for agent communication" is displayed in the Agent status of the VM.

The VM can communication with AD server, DNS server, and View server.

 

I have re-installed Agent, but it wasn't work.....

 

How do I more ??

Ciao 

Did everything work before the change of pool type?
What communication protocol do you use (PCOIP, BLAST ...)?
What version of Horizon do you have and finally which OS is installed on the VDI VM?
You have verified that the ports indicated in this link are open for view agent.

Of course, everything worked well before the pool change, using PCOIP, and using Win10!

I just took out desktop pool and re-puted in desktpool, it worked!

 

Is  it bug ..??

i am having same issue. what did you do to fix it? what do you mean by "re-puted in desktpool"?

Hi @JojoS77 

 

I just removed the VM from the desktop pool and added it back to the desktop pool.

 

I want you to be solved.
