We are planning to deploy Horizon 7, with one master but we have multiple VLANs (subnets).
So please advise, how can we proceed ? and from where can we select different port group that assigned to Master Image ?
We do this with multiple network labels. With Instant Clones it can be configured in Horizon Administrator. For linked clones you have to use PowerCLI to configure it.
Its part of the pool setup, currently I just make images for resources, and when I create the pool there is a setting to override the image network group. I have not had any problems.

that's the old powercli that only works on the connections server. It can also be done now with from different systems https://www.retouw.nl/powercli/multi-vlan-network-for-horizon-view-using-powercli-apis/
Hello,
We found a way maybe it is a solution or workaround, we will take different snapshot from a Master Image and for each snapshot we select different port group.
does it works with this way ?
Thats what I did before I switched to instant clones, I never had an issue with this. I set the CPU Memory and Vlan in each snapshot for the targeted desktop pool. WIth instant clones now I just set cpu and memory.
it is doable with Linked mode ?
yes
Thx Dear
