How are most people handling Office 365 for their master images? Do you install it into the base image or package it as an app volume?
If you are using O365 in an app volume, does it slow down login times at all? Any other issues?
I'm not completely sold on using an app volume for Office, since it is something that every department will use. I don't see the benefit of having it within an app volume.
Personally, If all users need an application it goes into the master image i.e. Office, but if a few people need things like Visio then I put Visio into an AppStack. There is a penalty for attaching and AppStack and depending on what you have for hardware and user count it can be fast or slow.
The licensing you will need to handle via DEM as its a per user based.
