I have a few isolated cases where View users report that they are experiencing keyboard problems.
Users report the same basic behavior - "the keys c, v, h, and t do not work in some applications".
Users seeing this on same virtual desktop but connecting from different client workstations.
Using the portal interface, not the view client. Sometimes the behavior seen in MS Office, IE, notepad - sometimes not.
A reboot of the virtual desktop resolves the problem.
The problem is always with keys c,v,h,t
Occurs randomly and rarely.
Virtual desktops are Win XP, latest service pack, latest MS updates, running symantec AV
Anyone seen anything similar?
