Odd Keyboard Issue in View 3.01

I have a few isolated cases where View users report that they are experiencing keyboard problems.

  • Users report the same basic behavior - "the keys c, v, h, and t do not work in some applications".

  • Users seeing this on same virtual desktop but connecting from different client workstations.

  • Using the portal interface, not the view client. Sometimes the behavior seen in MS Office, IE, notepad - sometimes not.

  • A reboot of the virtual desktop resolves the problem.

  • The problem is always with keys c,v,h,t

  • Occurs randomly and rarely.

  • Virtual desktops are Win XP, latest service pack, latest MS updates, running symantec AV

Anyone seen anything similar?
