OS VIEW CLIENT disconeted after a successful login

HI, my environment is as follows:

I. VIEW client has been set up connection to the server, and aslo  set up a secure server

II for port mapping, and the domain name resolution, the situation is as follows:

1. The network PC through normal sign VIEW CLIENT normal

2. external network PC through normal sign VIEW CLIENT normal

3  OS VIEW CLIENT disconeted after a successful login.

So how can i fix this issue.

If you are referring to the iOS client, it might be that the new 4.0 client for iOS (and Android) defaults to the Blast protocol. Have you checked your firewall rules to see if you have configured access for the Blast protocol as well as PCoIP?

mougT is right on the firewall. That has always been the case when we get immediate disconnections. If it is on an OS when the problem is occurring, it is probably the firewall on that OS. If it firewall in the infrastructure, it would probably be occurring on all devices.

Thanks for your advise. I have enable the firewall port :TCP/UDP 4172      TCP 8443   HTTPS 443

Can login the view client with the PC work normal. Except the Iphone client. However, it`s work normal if the iphone user the VPN.

So is any port need I enable?
