Disclaimer - Nutanix Employee and a ex-VMware EUC Specialist...

We see great success with View and Mirage on Nutanix, the primary reason for success is the ease of deployment and linear scalability.

I would suggest to start with 3 nodes (NX-1000 or NX-3000) and then move on from there.

(Dell also have Nutanix solutions called XC-series in case you want Dell hardware.)

Here is some links:

Let me know if you need more details or suggestions.

I think they both offer platforms that would easily get the job done from both  a performance and stability standpoint.  The key will be defining your criteria in more detail and then seeing which solution fits.   Maybe you prefer the hypconverged and one stop shopping of nutanix or maybe you prefer to build out your infrastructure from the ground up with a set of dell servers.   I think it's up to you to define this criteria and then pick the best fit for your environment.

NX-3460-G4 and NX-3360-G4 is the same, only difference is the number of nodes, 3 or 4.

The NX-3000 series is usually very well suited for VDI-workloads
