Not able to copy/paste from VM (Windows) to the host machine (Mac)

Hi

I am not able to copy/paste from VM to the host machine, but I am able to copy/paste the other way (from host to VM). 

My Preferences for my Mac:
- Input monitoring ---> Enabled for VMWare Horizon Client
- Accessibility ---> Enabled for VMWare Horizon Client

I am using VMware Horizon Client Version 2212.1 Build 8.8.1 (21224181) with Windows 10 Enterprise on Mac Ventura 13.2.1 Apple M1 Pro. 

Any idea what I can do?

This is most likely a group policy that is set by your Horizon admin.

For this you need to enable client drive redirection and also set some GPOs. Please see https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon/2012/horizon-remote-desktop-features/GUID-A9C26545-659F-40...

Hi,

This is expected behavior, as Clipboard Redirection feature enables client to agent only by default. If you want to copy/paste from VM to the host machine, please ask Admin to change the Clipboard Redirection GPO policy setting: Configure clipboard redirection
