Not able to connect VMware client with home wifi

Unable to connect VMware horizon client by using home wifi but I am able to connect while using by mobile hotspot.how to solve the problem.

What did your Horizon administrator say?

Have you tried disabling any outbound firewall restrictions?

Hi Friend...any luck with your problem and how did you resolved it. I am having the same issue and none of the horizon admin or internet provider couldnt be abe to resolve the issue...could you please let me know how did you resolved the issue??
