Not able to add users

Here is what we've done.

Inside of vCenter we created a Windows 2003 server

On this 2003 server we installed VMWare View 4

Within vCenter we created a Windows 7 x86 client machine

We added the Windows 7 x86 client machine to VMWare View.

Then, on a standard workstation we installed the VMWare View Client (VMware-viewclient-4.0.1-233023)

When I try to connect to the VMWare View Client I get the following error:

The View Connection Server authentication failed. Unknown user name or bad password.

Now, I've tried a few users and I get the same error. So I logged into the View Server and navigated to USERS & GROUPS. There are no users and the issues is......there is no place to add users or groups.

Under Configuration \ Administrators we do have some users defined yet none of these users can log in via the VMWare View Client.

How do you add a user so they can download and run a VDI OS?

Sorry....found it.....but it was Not on the Users/Groups page. I had to drill down on the VDI Image name to find Entitlements
