Would you please let me know if you have upgraded Windows 10 for Client machine or Agent machine?
If the problem happens after you upgraded Agent Windows 10, please check if tsdrvdisvc services is stopped on Agent side. Re-register the tsdrvdisvc service(or re-install Agent build) may resolve the problem.
If you have not upgrade Win10 Agent bug just upgrade Win10 client, may I know your Horizon client version and Win10 version(before/after upgrade)?
And another detail will be helpful. Regarding "horizon client stop showing the option of share folder", does it mean the "Share your local files..." checkbox is disappeared from Settings dialog, or "Share Folders" menu item is disappeared from top menu of launched remote desktop?
