No network communication between view agent and connection server Horizon 7.2 Enterprise , Win 10 (32Bit)

hi all

i have installed Horizon View 7.2 Ent and Windows 10 (32 bit) as a golden image ,everything including ports needed to be open and IP connection between View Connection servers  and Virtual machine are fine, but when trying to provision the desktops for first time i get this error , it happened during customization process and as the error stack says :

No Network Communication Between the View Agent and Connection Server . please verify that virtual desktop can ping the connection server via FQDN ,

Pairing state : In Pairing

really confused ,any onr can help ????

the version of View agent i have installed is :VMware-viewagent-7.2.0-5748532 , i used VSI Login Script to optimize the desktop as always

Just to be sure, you can actually ping the connection server FQDN?

Can you 100% confirm the required ports are opened on the firewall? You can double-check this with telnet via the command line, for example.

for the gold image be sure the network card is  VMXNET3 not E1000

as this problem is happening most of the times because of that
