A user currently running the Horizon Client Agent version 8.3 on a Windows 10 machine is unable to get sound. All VMs in our environment are build from the same template and no other issues have this issue. I have tried reinstalling the Client on their personal machine and reinstalling both the Horizon Agent (8.3.0) and VMWare Tools but the issue persisted. Audio drivers are also normal both on the user's personal computer and the V.M.
