No Audio on PCoIP - VMware View 4.5

Hello.

I'm experimenting some problems with audio and PCoIP.

The audio works fine on RDP, but not by PCoIP.

I found many posts about this, and some people solve this with Teradici Audio Driver, but not for me....

Teradici Documentation says that I must install driver, and then, select it on Control Panel, but I get a "There is no devices" (or something similar, I'm spanish and i don't know what says in english).

I have already the Teradici driver installed, but i can't select it from control panel.

Somebody with this problems?

The version is VMware View 4.5, and trying to connect from a PC and from a Wyse P20, with same results. I suppose that maybe easier trying this with the PC....

The wyse have the latest FW (3.30) and I installed the latest version of Teradici Audio Driver on my virtual machines (version 1_0_0_5707).

Please help me!!!!!!

So there are no audio devices at all in the vm?

I would start with reinstalling VMware Tools, restart, install View Agent, restart again.

Also check the audio-levels in the VM to make sure that its not muted or something like that.

Thanks for the response.

I've tried to reinstall vmware tools, vmware view agent, and Teradici Audio Driver, but it still doesn't works.

I cannot check audio levels because in control panel I have no device for playback.

It seems like windows doesn't recognize the Teradici Device, nor the VMware Audio Adapter installed by VMware Tools.

I'm going to upgrade to VMware View 4.6 and hope that this help.....
