Nightmare average windows 10 login and badge over are 45 seconds - what are you getting?

Hello,

I am banging my head against the wall my initial login times with my windows 10 linked clone pool are horrible. We are starting our Windows 10 migration and the difference between 10 and 7 are big!

45 seconds on initial login and about the same when badging over to a different thin client (system locks when badge over occurs)
I have run the optimization tool and have followed various sites about recommendations about speeding up the logon process but I am hitting a wall here

Our Windows 7 initial badge in time is about 30 seconds and a badge over time is about 7 seconds (way better than windows 10)

I have been able to get the initial time down to 45 seconds and a 14 second badge over time-

this what I have on the golden image and setup
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank-you
