Network Timeout from mobile client

Hi all,

I have correctly configured Horizon Connection Server + Security Server + SSL Certificates.

Active Directory is correctly configured (+ backup server).

I can succesfully login to my Manual Desktop Pools (Windows 10) from Web, and also from Windows Client, using all protocols:

RDP, Blast, PCOIP (not always but I cannot understand if this is a NAT issue related to some Internet Network operators at Client Side).

I can succesfully login to VMs using iOS client, and a specific Active Directory User. All the other users cannot login using iOS client, but can succesfully login using Web, Windwos Client, with all protocols.

it seems it's not VM related, since if I entitle the user that can connect to his VM using iOS client, he is able to connect also to others VMs just entitled.

Users in my domain are one copy of the others.

I attach some iOS log from Client Side when I cannot connect.

I am aware login name is exposed, but it's not important, password is complex enough.

Please, let me know if I was clear enough

User 1 -->login ok on all clients with all protocols

User 2 -->login ok on all clients with all protocols except iOS

User 1--> login ok on User 2 Desktop pool and VM is temporary entitled.

Horizon Server version is:

7.10.0 version, build 14584133

Client for iOS is the most updated one.

I’ve solved changing preferred protocol to BLAST also for mobile CLIENT

it’s an option in the setting after the first login to the server.
