Hi,
I have issue with connecting to our virtual desktops (dedicated/linked-clones). When our users wants to connect to their virtual desktops (on slow lines - CDMA, poor wi-fi) they receive error message - "This desktop currently has no desktop sources available. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator." When they push the button - Try Again - the desktop login/start immediately. Users are authorized via smart card and fingerprint. The issue lasts occasionally about more than one year (through upgrade form 5.0-5.1-.5.2)..
Have you anyone idea where could be problem?
Is there any switch/timer for timeout which can be raised up?
thank you

Are they accessing via RDP or PCoIP ? All the drivers with smart card up-to-date ? Did you tried using different pool?
I am Stil trying to get some more information to give you answer.
Hi,
both protocol. Smart card drivers are up to date. the same behaviour is on all pools. the issue appear when i connect via vpn and connect to desktop. when i first connect to vpn, run some command (e.g. powershell command which checks running services on desktop) and after that click connect - error message (try again) not shown. it is very strange. it seems that "listener" on the virtual desktop "sleep"

Is it possible for you to connect to VPN and use MS RDP client and tell us the results ?
connecting via ms rdp works
I think it has something to do with your VPN. I am jumping to conclusion without checking all the logs. Just a gut feeling....
What vpn you are using ?
when i connect via vpn, btw Checkpoint, and check e.g. shares on target virtual desktop and after that connect to desktop it work without "try again" message. it seems that view agent service did not response correctly on first attempt to connect.
