Need to authenticate twice

Hi all,

We have an issue with VMware Horizon 7.13...

When users login, they have to authenticate twice before they can start their VDI session.

When logging in directly through a connection server it works fine...

So thinking about the load balancer (sticky session) They have a netscaler.

But wondering the following:

The Method : Leastconnection bothers me...is this correct?

When user is connecting to VDI via Horizon Client needs to enter credentials and then, when user is connected to VDI it is asked to enter credentials again?

Not the OP but I'm having a similar issue.

We have SSO enabled. Our users select the server and it passes through authentication. When they select their environment, instead of auto-signing into the VM, they're prompted to log into the local account. The only way to bypass this is to de-select "Log On As Current User" and type their password in. This started happening when we moved to Horizon 7.13.

Least Connection shouldn't give you any issues.
This sounds more like a persistency group missing on the Netscaler (see Carl Stalhood's blog post for specifics), as initial 443 traffic is going one way and the secondary protocol connection is taking a different route.
