Need help with iPad view client keyboard

I was able to connect with the iPad to the pool I created...the desktop loaded with no problems, however during testing the desktop was locked...of course in windows you must enter ctrl + alt + del to get back in....well the keyboard that comes with the view client for the ipad is not working...the ctrl and alt key turn blue but the del key doesn't do anything and at the same time it changes any previously entered keys to go back to normal.....has anybody experience this issue?...thanks for the help

In my iPAD device, after I enter Ctrl+Alt+Del combination key I can see the user login page without password input textbox and all keys become normal status. There is a little different from normal Windows unlock behavior. But after I click the user icon, I can input the user name and password to enter the desktop.
