Need help - Error: could not authenticate with domain administrator credentials.

HI

I run into this error when setting up Instant clone pool. I had assigned a domain admin account as the instant clone admin. It has full permissions. I had also tried to configure with a new master image but it doesnt help. Any advice?

I had this same issue. It turned out to be the Horizon Server's OS Time was out of sync with the AD and off by 5 minutes. Correcting the time on the Horizon Server resolved this error.
