i am trying to figure out an efficient way to handle this situation.
Today - there are 15 of us how demo corporate software. We are using workstation, pulling down a local copy of the VM to our laptops. Everybody makes changes locally, but the gold is in a private cloud.
When change are made to the gold, we all have to pull down a new copy - 70GB compressed. Some employees are limited bandwidth users at 15Mb down
Is there a way to keep the copies needed to demo in the cloud without pulling down the whole package to run locally? while also keeping the local desktop apps - typical MS products.
Idea is to have a gold copy, clone it for users (concurrent) using a VDI session so i don't need to pull down a data package for the VM every week.. But can not come up with the solution and need direction on where to start
