Multimonitor support on X of Y screens? (can vmware view do this?)

If I got 3 monitors is it possible to use only 2 of these (right or left side) in the remoting as a multimonitor connection? I do not wish to use stretch to fill those two monitors.

Or does the viewer only support all or nothing?

My situation is that I need 2 monitors for my main work, and the 3rd will be the physical machine where I got e-Mail, Chat etc up and running, not hidden behind the remote desktop.
