Mozilla crash reporter: we're sorry firefox has a problem and crashed error

Hello,

We have several users whose Mozilla Firefox (multiple versions including the latest one) crash with the following error:

"Mozilla crash reporter: we're sorry Firefox has a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts" 

This is happening in WMware Horizon Client version 2103, build 8.2.0 (17759012) and older versions.

Our team has spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue without success. Any help/suggestion would be appreciated.

Have you tried other browsers(Chrome, Edge)? Have you tried any other Horizon version(e.g. 2111, 2212)?

What's your client machine OS(Windows, Linux, macOS etc.) that FF was launched on?
